  1. grew up right outside of Ft.Bragg (pops was special forces) use to love watching the big planes flying over and shaking the house….the helis doing artillery practice…shaking the house.   any kind of artillery practice…shaking the house.    don't think any paratroopers ever shook the house but its so awesome to see.

  2. 101st “Airborne” isn’t Airborne anymore, the division got switched up to Air Assault in 1974. The 101st Air Assault doesn’t deserve the title of “Airborne” anymore.

  3. Please excuse my ignorance but is it.not dangerous to be so.close in case the parachute wires get tangled up and cause a catastrophe?

  4. Fun and risky at the same time. I kinda feel what they are doing. I was once a soldier before, but during ww2 I died when I accidentally stepped on a landmine. And 2000 I got reincarnated. So glad to see the world once again. 🤣🤣🤣

  6. 0:50 This guy got the full training coming from the Screaming Eagles and now 82nd. Screaming Eagles with the most history on their belts.
Wearing both patches is an ass kicker.

  7. So this video was about the 101 st jump but the patches were from the 82nd air born. Your a goddamm liar!!!!
Get your shit straight and pay homage where it's due!!

  8. Used to love to watch them do practice jumps when we were stationed at Ft Bragg. Could sit on our back porch and had a perfect view!!

  9. Only way I'd be able to parachute is in the army, as I would have done anything with my brothers. Good thing I was on Ft. Hood, where I wasn't called a "leg" everyday. Lol. They don't exit the plane as fast as I always assumed they did. Maybe this is just a slow unit.

  11. I dont care about the heights or anything, Im scared of breaking my legs on landing. Other than that airborne seems badass.

  12. i would never be able to do that 😯 thank you for your service i have so much respect for all the soldiers that serve this country 🙏🏼 God bless you all!❤️
